OVERVIEW:
• Joining an established banking team, you will be responsible for a variety of legal work including corporate, acquisition finance and real estate finance transactions namely for high street banks and other leading regional funders.
• This expert team, comprised of highly experienced individuals, offer in-depth knowledge and guidance across a breadth of areas in banking and is committed to providing a sound legal service.
• Applications are sought from Banking Solicitors with up to 4 years PQE
• Relevant experience to include real estate finance, acquisition finance and corporate work is ideal for this role.
• You will also be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate a good commercial acumen to others.
• You will also have good negotiation skills and the ability to think on your feet and deploy knowledge in changing situations.
