A luxury developer is actively seeking an external site manager to join their team on a temp to perm contract. This developer currently has a 15 year scheme underway in North London, creating a brand new neighbourhood. Once completed it will contain over 2000 new homes, community park & commercial properties. A luxury development, on the waterfront it is made up of a number of RC frame blocks, containing 1-3 bedroom flats. As an external site manager you will be on a phase reporting into the SSM for the external envelope and the overall Project Manager. The block is mainly made up traditional SFS through to Brickwork with a bit of curtain wall. To be considered for this role you must have; Previous experience as an external site manager on large RC frame developments Longevity with previous employers Trade or Degree educated background SFS & Brickwork experience Seen projects from start through to envelope completion Driven attitude with the desire to progress For more information on this fantastic position, please send your CV to Luke
