Senior Planner Reporting To: Head of Planning/Tendering Director Job Purpose: To provide planning Services for the Tender of Major infrastructure Projects in the UK and support delivery of business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the achievement of Health and Safety in accordance with company policy Responsible for preparing, managing and taking accountability for the development of the tender Programme in support of project and business objectives. Identify and prepare assumptions, risks and opportunities register Prepare submission documents and ensure timely delivery (Client questions responses, Programme Narrative, QSRA reports) Contribute to mid-tender and post-tender meetings as necessary Prepare and handover secured Programme tenders to the project team Ensure full compliance with the core process procedures throughout tender period To promote company values in all dealings with other employees, clients, subcontractors and other external contacts Key Skills: Previous experience as a planner for large scale projects. Previous experience developing Design, Procurement, Civil works, ME, Fit out, Testing, Commissioning and Handover processes. Extensive P6 software experience: Cost and resource loading process knowledge is mandatory. Experience in time/distance programmes.
