Finegreen are currently recruiting a Personal Assistant/ Administrator to work in London for 4 days per week at 30 hours with on-site working required. This is an interim position for 2 months initially with a potentially extension in place. The hourly rate will be £26.02, working inside IR35 and through an umbrella solution company. The post holder will be supporting the Lead Infection Control Nurse and must have extensive experience in transcribing minutes from meetings. Key responsibilities will include: Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, managerial and secretarial skills to support; Assess calls and enquires for urgency and priority, forwarding calls where appropriate; Maintain and develop up-to-date and efficient office systems including filing; Manage the Teams data bases and ensure they are updated and kept in an accurate manner; Arrange meeting, prepare papers and distribute all papers in agreed timeframes; Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software packages as required. Action all incoming mail and queries as appropriate. The ideal candidate will have: Ideally have experience working within the NHS/a healthcare setting; Previous experience in an Administrative role; Experience of taking and drafting minutes and co-ordinating agendas; Ability to work accurately with attention to Detail; Excellent communication skills.
