Strategic Procurement Lead is responsible for ensuring the supply chain requirements of the business are met with regard to working capital, process control, the reasonable application of at or below market costs and the regular monitoring of supply.

Main Responsibilities

• Support organisation-wide processes that aim to ensure the necessary products, of the right quality and the right price, are procured on time to meet demand.
• Development and application of SC KPI with regular review
• Engage and introduce regular supply and performance reviews with key suppliers.
• Provide tactical support and leverage to introduction of new products via NPD or acquisitions.
• Provide new expertise, process, and controls to the current knowledge of the Division.

Skills Required

• Experience of Quality & ISO Systems
• Experience in procurement
• Establish and maintain good working and interpersonal relationships.
• Ability to make decisions with confidence relying on previous experience to inform decisions.
