    I am working with a well established Solicitors based in Preston who are looking for a HR Advisor to join the team. This is a new position for the bushiness due to growth. If you are looking to join a stable growing company to learn new skills & get involved with all aspects of HR projects this could be something for you!

    The Role

    This is a true generalist role and would work daily with HR Consultants on various projects across the HR Function.

    • Working closely with HR Consultants to provide HR Support & Advice for different clients
    • Visit clients on site or using online resources when required
    • Carry out strategic HR project work for clients (Onboarding, Employer Branding, Company Values, Wellbeing, Reward & Recognition etc.)
    • Deliver HR training events to and for clients for specific HR topics, either in person or online
    • Maintain an update knowledge of the HR/People function, areas and developments
    • Competently and efficiently handle a range of HR issues for clients (employee relations, resourcing, training, pay and benefits, performance management, people management etc.).

    The Person

    • Previous experience in a HR advisory role
    • Experience working in a generalist role is desirable
    • Proactive confident individual
    • Good time management
    • Team Player

    This is an amazing opportunity for someone with a few years experience who is looking to develop their skills in other areas of HR - You will have support from the HR Team on all projects.
