Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst
Location: Manchester, Northwest.
Salary / Benefits 24k - 34k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst

Profile: Our client is a leading name within the Asbestos industry, carrying out the fill range of asbestos works to a range of social housing, educational, industrial and local authority sites across the UK. Due to recently gaining new contracts they are now looking to take on a hard working and qualified Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst. The ideal candidate must hold the P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualification, and will have extensive experience working on a mixed portfolio of sites.
Applications will be considered from: Bolton, Oldham, Warrington, Wigan, Bury, Preston, Blackburn, Blackpool, Liverpool, Birkenhead, Chester, and Crewe.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Must hold the P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualification.
" Will ideally have extensive experience within the asbestos industry.
" Will have good working knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation.
" Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
" Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
" Undertaking 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing
" Undertaking management, demolition, and refurbishment surveys on a mixed range of sites.
" Using information from site to produce detailed reports for clients.
" Supervising contractors on site and ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant health and safety procedures.
" Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients.
