Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer - Central London zones 1 / 2 travel card - £37,000-£42,000 per annum Are you a Foot Mobile Maintenance engineer looking for a new challenge? Do you like the idea of working for an established UK Service Provider? A brilliant opportunity has arisen to work for an established FM Service Provider based in Central London has arisen! My client is looking for a Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer to be based in Central London, Zones 1 / 2. The successful candidate will ideally be multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Duties: Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) Emergency lighting tests Control Panels Changing Ballast BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold) Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance Maintain and update Log books Monitor mechanical plant Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc Hours of Work & Salary £37,000-£42,000 per annum + Zones 1 / 2 travel card Monday to Friday (40 hour week) 8:00am - 5:00pm On call rota Requirements Electrically or Mechanically qualified C&G / NVQ Level 2&3 - Essential C&G 17th Edition or 18th Edition You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates A proven track record in commercial building maintenance I look forward to hearing from you
