Role: Print Finisher Salary: around £24K + overtime opportunities will depend on experience. Location: Leicester The Role A fantastic opportunity has arisen in the finishing department, to work within a closeknit team to ensure digital and lithographic jobs are finished to high quality and completed and despatched on time. The Candidate You will have good attention to detail, self-motivation and an ability to work to strict deadlines. Enthusiasm and a high level of focus are essential. Have a "can do" attitude. Good interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills. Able to always maintain a clean and tidy workplace. Confidence to deal with difficult situations and to know when appropriate to seek guidance from the team. Able to work under pressure. Must have at least 2 years experience with horizon stitch liner, laminators, folders, creasers and guillotines (the ideal candidate will have knowledge of fixing machine if we run into any issues) Willingness to learn and continuously improve. Forklift licence / experience would be advantageous. Role Litho and digital finishing. Folding (experience using Morgana / Horizon machines required) Maintain and process work according to the production schedule. Ensure that the work is at a correct spec. to job sheet and that the right materials are used for the job. Booking out parcels with the courier company The work will be fast paced and non-stop and we will require the successful candidate to rise to this challenge. Keep work area and machinery clean and tidy.
