Grafton Banks Finance is working with a successful, expanding, large group of businesses to recruit an interim Finance Director for one of its businesses.

This company is fast paced and entrepreneurial and is currently experiencing significant growth. The role will provide cover whilst a permanent incumbent is appointed. It will be for 6 months and is to start ASAP.

As interim Finance Director you will be part of a strategic Finance Leadership team within group and day to day will manage and direct all company finances for the business. You will have accountability for delivering financial performance through insight driven decision making. You will be a trusted Business Partner to the senior leadership and Board. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires someone who can support both high-level complex accounting and finance responsibilities as well as not being afraid to dive into the details on a day-to-day basis.

To be considered for this role you will need to be:

• Chartered Accountant and ideally an experienced interim professional.
• Experienced FD or Divisional FD.
• Experienced working in fast paced, growing, and entrepreneurial businesses.
• Experience in Retail, Aviation, Travel, or similar industries.
• Capex Investment experience.
• Available to start work in next 2-4 weeks.

The role is paying between £800-900 per day inside IR35 and will require working in the clients London offices 2 days per week.
