HR Advisor
Location - London Based (City locations)
Full time - 37.5 hrs

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join the team. In this role you will support the Senior HR Business Partner covering Primary Care and London Bridge Hospital. You will provide administration support and also expert advice and guidance to line managers and employees on human resources issues.
You will also support the Senior HR Business Partner with HR projects as required across all areas of HR including employee engagement, talent management, wellbeing, HCA Academy, Workday (HRIS) and performance management.
We are looking for someone who is driven, dynamic and would like the opportunity in the future to develop into a HRBP role.
Duties and Responsibilities
To be competent and effective in the provision of a professional HR advisory service.
To advise the management team on HCA HR policies and their application.
To ensure that sickness absence is monitored and managed in accordance with policy and procedures.
To prepare correspondence for all HR enquiries.
Update and maintain HRIS records.
Proactively manage all Occupational Health cases
To support in the implementation of the Local HR Strategy.
Liaise with ER BP regarding case management.
Participate in the provision of HR specific training to Line Managers.
To ensure mandatory training targets are achieved
Skills and experience
Excellent communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail essential
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work autonomously and use initiative
Previous experience using Workday (HRIS) an advantage
Ability to analyse and summarise complex written information
To be able to work towards deadlines and deliver objectives
Previous HR experience essential - working with policies and procedures
Fully CIPD qualified or working towards or relevant experience
