    Your new company Working for the NHS in Exeter this role is for a 10 month interim role. This role is paying £50,952 and is 37.5 hours per week Monday- Friday. Your new role To work strategically in support of the Directors for People, progressing key project areas and utilising significant people expertise and experience to enable the organisation to create the conditions for our people to thrive. To utilise extensive experience across a wide range of people areas including organisational design, organisational development, employee relations, data analytics, and equality, diversity and inclusion. Act as a strategic business partner to directorates, senior leaders and their teams, develop thorough understanding of the business plans and people issues to ensure that workforce requirements are identified and support planned and delivered in a timely basis. • To act as a change agent to proactively facilitate and deliver improvements to services. To lead on change management projects which impact on our people. • Provide expert advice and support on employee relations issues, offering legal terms and conditions advice, providing expert advice on highly complex or sensitive HR cases to managers. • Ensure the provision of a consistent professional service across all directorates, underpinned by sound knowledge and the principles of best practice. • Develop the capability of our leaders, coaching and equipping them with the knowledge and skills to handle people management responsibilities in line with the Trust's strategic direction. • Influence and drive business thinking and develop people approaches that support operational business objectives, organisational design and resource plans. • Work in partnership our leaders to develop interventions to promote cultural change, our values and behaviours. • Undertake various projects in support of the Trust strategy. • Ensure all initiatives seek views and feedback from a range of groups at their commencement and throughout implementation processes. What you'll need to succeed Level 7 qualification in Human Resource Management Significant experience working at a senior level as a People Partner Experience of leading transformational change with a focus on engagement Experience of working across a range of People areas including organisational design and development, employee relations, data analytics and equality, diversity and inclusion.
