In this role, you will act as a partner to Hesley Group Management Teams, upskilling and coaching line manager's HR practice. You will manage sensitive, complex employee relations issues, providing highly specialist advice in line with company policy and employment law. As an integral part of the HR team, you will execute people solutions that help achieve business objectives as well as building positive and meaningful relationships with key people and teams across the organisation.
You will need to be a highly organised individual, who is able to balance and prioritise their workload whilst working to various deadlines as well as being an effective communicator, who provides clear and concise advice to stakeholders.
You will need to be CIPD Level 5 qualified or can demonstrate that you are making good progress towards achieving the qualification. A sound knowledge of current employment law as well as knowledge of best practice in employee relations is essential.
