Group Financial Reporting Manager - Sheffield - £65,000 - £75,000Chase & Holland are excited to be partnering with a leading international business who are looking to recruit a Group Financial Reporting Manager to join their friendly team. As the Group Financial Reporting Manager, you will make sure the group meets all external and internal reporting requirements, along with taking full ownership of the group forecasting and budgeting process, including weekly cashflow forecasting. You will work closely with the CFO in Group financial planning and compliance relating to continuous improvement. You would be joining a established organisation with a welcoming and supportive environment, where they have maintained a family culture. This role would suit someone looking for their second move out of practice, ideally ACA or ACCA qualified. In return you will receive:

Responsibilities of the Group Financial Reporting Manager:

• Ownership of the Group forecasting and budgeting process, including weekly cashflow forecasting
• Support the CFO in Group financial planning and compliance
• Take control of the group wide consolidated rolling forecast process
• Manage the global group reporting & consolidation process for month end results
• Implement standardised software for the weekly cashflow process across all entities
• Group annual budget and forecasting process, from timetable issue through to final consolidation and board pack presentation.
• Liaising with auditors and tax advisors to ensure that all statutory reporting & filing
• Internal control - ensuring that assets are safeguarded across the group
• Implement improvements throughout the group reporting process
• Implementation of the Group Treasury and Taxation strategy
• Support the CFO in managing external financial relationships (auditors, banks, etc.)

Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience in external and internal reporting
• ACA or ACCA Qualified
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience in a manufacturing, environment
