Hoop Nursing & Healthcare specialises in placing great candidates into both emergency cover and longer term bookings in the private and public sectors. Due to continued, organic growth, we are searching for a hard working team player to join our Nursing & Healthcare division, specifically the Mental Health team, to register and place compliant candidates into temporary work, that works around their commitments. Hoop Nursing & Healthcare are a long standing team, and we hold each other to account for deadlines and commitments. We do this to better our service, and support development. With these high expectations, comes a lot of fun when we hit milestones and exceed minimum expectations. Working on a warm desk and with an experienced and established team, your role will include: speaking with clients, listening and understanding the needs and wants, and supporting them to successfully match people into the right roles attracting suitable candidates into roles within mental health, both Nurses and support workers sourcing candidates for new and existing clients obtaining the necessary compliance documentation in line with current legislation deliver excellent customer service in line with Hoop's expectations and valuesRecruitment experience is not necessary, but a strong work ethic is. You will have exceptional communication skills and be able to speak to candidates and clients face to face, on the telephone and via email.
