Hire Controller / EssexOverview:A leading supplier of portable toilets, towable welfare units and luxury toilet trailers across London, Essex, Kent and Hertfordshire is seeking a full time Hire Controller with no experience required. Role & Responsibilities:• Assist in the smooth running of the office • Support the senior hire desk controller throughout• Ensure customers are dealt with by email and phone with exceptional customer service• Answering the phone and answering the gate• Full management of orders inbox within timeframe• Ensure all bookings for following day are fully processed• Processing orders/events• Quotes• Driver queries• Processing credit card payments• Off hires Skills & Experience:• An eye for detail• Multi tasker • Able to thrive in a fast paced environment• Tenacious team player with a can do attitude • Previous hire desk experience would be an advantage for this • Waste management industry experience would be a major advantage, but not essential• Good written and spoken English• The ability to provide excellent customer servicePackage:• Circa £25k• Bonus• Onsite Free parking• Pension• Breakfast supplied daily• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays• On the job training• No experience requiredHire Controller / Essex / £22K - £26K
