Programme Delivery Manager - Portsmouth Based - Hybrid 2 Days a Week On-Site - Up-to £700 Per Day - Outside of IR35 We are on the hunt for an experienced Programme Delivery Manager who is capable of delivering complex products and services within a diverse and highly technical environment. Ideal Skillset: Strong agile practitioner expertise - Ideal candidates will be comfortable deciding on the right approach for each period of delivery Demonstrable passion for the health of their team and morale with the ability to provide examples or talk about the management of teams performance and their effects on the delivery of projects Impeccable servant leadership background and ability to create a frictionless environment to streamline workflow Experience driving constant improvement and development of the team through regular retrospectives among other approaches Strong Facilitator skills and the ability to derive the best from diversity of thought within the team Comfortable facing uncertainty and the ability to move forward with progress with only partial information available at the time Clear and concise communicator with the ability to interact and collaborate with stakeholders and team members and deliver updates or reports Excellent ability to break problems down into manageable chunks and plan for the skills and resources required for those problems Ideal candidates will have garnered a strong technical background within Data, Development and or DevOps environments so as to ensure they are able to talk confidently about the projects they are managing All prospective candidates must hold Active Security Clearance
