    Brand Owner/Manager


    As part of the Marketing department within one of the UK's leading recruitment groups, the marketing team is responsible for driving the brand, supporting the brand culture, and delivering marketing strategies to bring the brand's identity to life. As Brand Owner, you will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Internal Comms and External comms, and the brand consultants to bring the marketing strategy for their brand to life and represent their brand within the marketing team.


    As a brand owner, you will be responsible for working with the brands and the marketing teams to ensure the delivery of the brand marketing activities. The role requires an organised, proactive, and collaborative approach to recognise and utilise the capabilities of the team around you, engaging with your stakeholders and proactively working together to develop all deliverables.

    You will report to the Head of Marketing.


    To be considered for the Brand Owner role, you must have:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a brand manager position.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
    • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.


    As the Brand Owner, you will be responsible for:

    • Liaising with key stakeholders and consultants within each brand to understand the business requirements and goals for their brand
    • Managing the brand marketing strategy and key marketing activities that will support the brand business objectives and bring to life the brand - building awareness and familiarity, reinforcing the brand identity/culture and supporting its credibility
    • Identifying opportunities for the brand to gain further real engagement with their marketplace
    • Being the point of contact for the brand teams for their marketing programme status
    • Overseeing all projects for your respective brand
    • Working with the content and creative teams to identify and create content pieces to drive the brand, including conceptualising videos and writing some key content pieces (e.g., social posts and case studies
    • Working with the digital marketing team to build social media strategies to drive brand visibility and engagement
    • Working with the internal and external communications team to manage brand communications
    • Keeping up on industry trends
