Our client is currently looking for an experienced Residential Concierge to join the team at a luxury residential building based in North West London. Shift pattern is Monday-Friday, working from 4pm-12am.

Position: EveningConcierge

Location: North West London

Salary: £25,000

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday

Hours: 4pm-12am (40 hours per week)

Experience:

• Previous experience in FOH roles is reccomended.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the day to day smooth running of the reception area as well as all communal areas of the building.
• Meeting and greeting residents and visitors and providing a high level of customer service at all times.
• Liaising with and supervising contractors undertaking works on-site.
• Undertaking building patrols to ensure the security of the building and to report any maintenance problems to the Property Manager.
• Assisting residents with day to day queries.
• Managing and distributing keys, post and parcels.
• Answering the telephone, logging all messages and dealing with general enquiries.
• Recording any incidents that occur and responding to requests quickly and effectively.
• Issuing building fobs and parking permits.

Previous experience working in luxury residential buildings is essential.
