JGA are thrilled to be working alongside a leading football club who have a global presence. They have gone through company growth and are now seeking an experienced Payroll professional to join their fantastic team.Responsibilities: Processing of end-to-end payroll for 1500+ people, including high net worth individuals, for all monthly UK permanent, casual & overseas payrolls ensuring a high standard of accuracy is maintained and all statutory legislation is adhered to. Processing of Maternity, Sickness, Shared Parental Leave, Paternity Leave & other absences in line with Company Policy and statutory regulations. Produce and reconcile all reports as required to enable the authorisation of Bacs files. To ensure compliance with all statutory requirements of PAYE and auto enrolment and to ensure accurate and timely reporting as required by HM Revenue and Customs, Real Time information and pension scheme returns. Production of P60's and P11D's and relevant returns Provide reports as required by the business on an accurate and timely basis. Assist with software upgrades including legislation changes with minimum disruption to the business. Prepare monthly payroll journals, costing files & reporting for internal stakeholders. Ensure private medical and senior management team insurances are processed in a timely manner. Experience: Proven experience in a similar role with a headcount of 1500+ Full understanding and knowledge of statutory legislation and compliance. Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure. Good customer service skills. Proficient with payroll software, experience in using Resourcelink beneficial.
