If so please get in touch! I am recruiting Technical Support Team Leader for a fast-growing IT company based in the Altrincham area. Paying a salary of up to GBP30k. You will work as part of a close-knit team, in educating and troubleshooting any technical queries from customers. The role will be a 50/50 split between taking the customer calls to resolve the queries, and coaching and managing the team, including training new starters. Based in their plush offices, I am keen to speak to candidates who have a passion for IT and delivering an outstanding experience to the customer. Whilst also having experience in a senior position/Team Leader capacity. What will you be doing as a Technical Support Team Leader? Handling any incoming customer queries via telephone, email & live chat Youll be the first point of escalation, collaborate with internal teams to identify issue, and put a strategy in place to reach desired solution for customers Getting involve in the daily workload of the team, including troubleshooting and giving your best advice/staying positive. Develop an in-depth knowledge of the companys products and services Manage a busy workload and assess priorities Accurately record all information and dialogue with the customer on internal system Be able to work within a fast-paced environment, whilst also coaching and developing the team to improve Operational Performance. We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience: Previous experience as a Senior or Team Leader within Technical Support, or telecoms is desirable Ability to make decisions, take initiative, and always be supportive of your team members Experience in a customer facing role is essential Proactive and solutions focused approach to work Excellent communication skills, with ability to deliver the message with confidence and empathy Be able to listen and really pinpoint what the issue is in preparation to support colleagues in all areas of the business at every level. Enjoy working as part of a team, but have the drive to use your own initiative What will you get in return for your work as a Technical Support Advisor? Salary of up to GBP30,000 Working Hours: 37.5 hours a week on shift rota between 8:30am - 6pm (Monday - Sunday) Weekend shifts are remote based, and once fully trained there is some flexibility in terms of hybrid working.
