    Care Taker Administrator

    Our client is looking for a motivated and driven individual to support their fast paced adminstration team.

    Hours:

    Part time 20 hours per week, spread across 4 days

    8am 1pm

    Salary:

    • The position offers a salary commensurate based on experience, as well as a contributory pension
    • Company vehicle provided

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Responsible for the efficient and accurate archiving and retrieval of completed files
    • Providing an internal delivery/collection service of files and supplies between the four offices

    • Undertaking minor maintenance tasks
    • Demonstrating a willingness to work in a flexible manner

    What you ll need:

    • Team player with a hands-on approach to work, providing a smooth and efficient administrative function
    • Possessing a strong work ethic is key to this role
    • Ability to work off own initiative with competent computer literacy skills
    • Full UK Driving License
    • Computer literacy
