Your Job
This role is part of the highly skilled Site Engineering & Reliability Team, the role of the Shift Technical Team Leader will be to prioritise, schedule and ensure planned SAP maintenance activities are executed. Leading and managing a team of multi-disciplined shift-based technicians, whilst maintaining a strong link with the Site Reliability Leader to ensure all scheduled work incorporates strategy best practices.

About You
Ensure that safety and environmental standards both Kimberly-Clark & legislative are maintained
Report unsafe conditions using site systems (ETQ & ProAct)
Manage risk assessments and plan work packages in accordance with Kimberly-Clark & industry standards.
Managing contractors & vendors utilising permitting and safe systems of work.
Knowledge of the applicable EHS modules for engineering planning/maintenance activities.
Schedule the execution of multi-discipline site wide engineering tasks using site shift based technical resources.
Maintain relationships with Asset Teams (Asset Leaders & Engineers) through Engineering Planners ensuring asset downtime plans/availability are maximised.
Lead a team of multi-disciplined direct reports providing consistent 1-2-1 feedback promoting team development. Identify skills gaps and promote learning/development within the team.
Provide daily/weekly site wide planning schedules, prioritising asset backlogs with available resources maintaining communication lines with key stakeholders.
Available "tool time" hours are fully utilised and accounted for. Provide regular KPI reporting feedback for utilised hours.
What you'll bring
A strong awareness for safety, advantageous for experience in a 24/7 manufacturing environment
Computer literacy skills including SAP, Microsoft Office applications
Time-served craftsperson (Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation)
Qualified to a minimum HNC/HND, preferably degree level in a technical discipline
Suitable experience in a technical and or engineering planning leadership role, with experience in managing a team of multi-disciplined direct reports
Highly organised with a proven track record of following standards, with problem solving & task prioritisation skills
