We are seeking experienced healthcare recruitment consultants, seniors, and principals to recruit nurses, allied health professionals, med tech and managerial roles for permanent position in the private sector across the UK. Our Company and Culture We are an international, quality-driven specialist healthcare consultancy supporting private hospitals, private nursing homes and specialist private services contracted to support NHS. Work-from-home positions and hybrid home working available for experienced consultants As a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant, Senior or Principal You will join one of our divisional teams supporting our clients with permanent placements. Depending on your experience you will join one of our growing teams recruiting either Nurse, Allied Health Professionals, Domestic or International, Med Tech or Senior Management. Develop your patch through account management of existing clients and new business development Act as a role model to juniors and trainees The bit you really want to know ( ) Recruitment Consultant basic salary ranges based on experience from £22000 (circa 6 months experience) to £24000, Senior from £26,000 - £28,000, Principals from £30,000 - £35,000 Commission paid up to 40% and annual OTEs circa £80k uncapped 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays and up to 12 Star Days - That's 44 days Standard working hours are 8-5.30 Monday to Friday with Flexitime and early Friday finishes. So, who are we looking for? We want to see CVs from anyone with recruitment experience. Minimum 6 months experience Ideally experience in Healthcare Recruiting Nurses or allied health professionals from UK or international or managerial roles or Med Tech Experienced in Private healthcare or NHS Motivated to exceed targets and earn commission.
