Continuous Improvement Manager

Location: Dudley

Salary: up to £45k

A precision machining company are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join their team!

Continuous Improvement Manager- Overview

• Promote the lean principles and develop the lean culture within the company
• Lead cost saving projects for all parts
• Identify potential production bottlenecks, and provide improvements to ensure maximum efficiency
• Ensure 5S principles are considered in daily activities
• Develop process to improve manufacturing performance
• Lead cycle time analysis
• Drive lead time reduction activities

Continuous Improvement Manager- Job Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will come from a Continuous Improvement background within precision machining
• At least Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• SMED experience
