The Finance and Operations Officer will support in the delivery of Kaleidoscope Trust's finance, operational and HR function in line with the organisation's strategic objectives.

This is a brand-new role at Kaleidoscope Trust that forms the beating heart of Kaleidoscope Trust's Operations, Finance and Compliance team. Due to recent growth of the charity's staff team, this new role will strive to support a smooth finance function and ensure that employees are able to work effectively, safely and unhindered towards their strategic objectives. We have very recently moved into a wonderful and fully serviced office in Cambridge Heath where the successful candidate will maintain a comfortable and welcoming space for our employees. Led and line-managed by the Head of Operations, this role will provide a range of support within the Finance, Operations and Compliance department and to the charity's team to ensure smooth and streamlined ways of working.

This role aims to:

• Maintain a safe, functional and welcoming physical office environment for staff to work in. Provide an effective operational support service to staff in relation to any queries or problems that may arise within the office or through the use of our IT tools. Provide a streamlined HR administrative support function to Kaleidoscope Trust.

The Finance and Operations Officer will report to the Head of Operations.
