    The Sales Organisation department is responsible for supporting our store and regional colleagues with innovative systems, training material, and efficient processes. The department is the gatekeeper in its overhead function ensuring only relevant information and projects hit the stores.

    In support of the transformation of the Sales Organisation department we are looking for a candidate with outstanding project management skills responsible for the delivery of projects in the department to regional colleagues. The successful candidate develops a project governance framework for Sales together with a team of qualified project consultants. Furthermore, the individual will drive regional collaboration, supervises the regional sales support and project team, and oversees onboarding and development of Sales colleagues. The team manager of this position will be provided with professional project management certification if required.

    What you'll do

    • Build and lead a team of project managers to effectively deliver projects
    • Supervise our regional sales support and project team
    • Rethink project management for the Sales Organisation department to ensure a successful launch
    • Apply results-oriented approach to keep project delivery on track and guarantee implementation
    • Manage projects simultaneously throughout all Sales Organisation topics
    • Strategically cooperate with cross-functional teams in our National and International Headquarters, Regional Distribution Centres and Stores
    • Present proposals for action to Senior Management & Board Directors
    • Establish effective multi-dimensional communication channels into the region teams and build a thriving network of exchange
    • Occasional national and international travel may be required

    What you'll need

    • Big picture thinker with outstanding project management skills
    • Genuine passion for delivering multiple projects helping to make the lives of our store teams easier
    • The ability to motivate and lead a team as well as lead by example
    • Experience managing internal stakeholders
    • Can do attitude and team player
    • Clear communicator, effective delegator, and confident presenter
    • Proactive, creative, and able to develop efficient and dynamic solutions
    • Ability to manage conflicting and high priority deadlines with a 'work smart' approach
    • Attention to detail and methodical approach to problem solving
    • Advanced use of Microsoft Office 365 (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Teams)
    • German language, desirable but not essential
    • Project management qualifications desirable, but not essential
    • Candidates with Development Step D preferable (For internal Candidates)
