Senior Business Analyst

Hybrid - Manchester - £70,000 - £80,000

Lynx Recruitment is currently working with a Global Consultancy who are seeking an established Business Analyst with ideally at least 5 years of experience.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders and partners to gather and analyse requirements.
• Embrace a customer-centric mindset, taking into account the needs of end-users during the design process, proactively anticipating requirements, proposing enhancements, and implementing effective solutions.
• Take ownership of client relationships, identifying risks and dependencies.
• Help support junior members of the team, providing advice and guidance when necessary.
• Communicate updates effectively to team members and stakeholders, staying informed of the process and IT advancements.
