    The Job You'll Do;

    • Programming and fault-finding using PLCs
    • Ensure adherence to safe working practices and encourage a safety conscious environment at all times.
    • Achieve KPIs and company targets in Productivity, Quality & Delivery.
    • Manage the performance of the team to standard operation requirements and evaluate and maintain such written instructions.
    • Manage and upkeep skill control systems and training records.
    • Ensure maintenance of the workshop management system to achieve excellent standards of housekeeping.
    • Support and promote Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) procedures.
    • Conduct Employee Development Scheme Reviews including but not limited to; setting objectives, appraise achievements and identify any training requirements.
    • Promote & enforce company policy's & procedures.
    • Promote safe working practices and reduce hours lost to industrial injury.
    • Open & lock the premises and switch on & off all power at the beginning and end of the working day.

    About You;

    • Have experience in a high-volume welding & manufacturing environment.
    • Ability to lead and manage a team.
    • Ability to program PLCs & robot recovery.
    • Be available and have a willingness to react to the needs of the business outside normal working hours.
    • The ability to confidently demonstrate leadership and communicate effectively to a team of people.
    • Good level of I.T. literacy and understanding
    • Ambition and a strong work ethic.
    • Ability to maintain a good attendance record.
