    Technical Projects Coordinator - Engineering/Specialist Maintenance Services

    Office based in Guildford, GU3 1HS. Package includes a salary of £27,000-30,000 per annum + discretionary 10% annual bonus, pension, 30 days annual leave (increasing + service, including statutory holidays), parking

    POSITION OVERVIEW

    Reporting to our Technical Director, this diverse role offers an attractive mix of technical and administrative support, and commercial responsibilities. You will enjoy close interaction and interface with all areas of the business, and our customers throughout the UK and beyond.     THE ROLE IN MORE DETAIL - Technical Projects Coordinator

    • Managing pricing, proposals and contractual documentation
    • Responsibilities for the life cycle of servicing, repair and provision of parts projects for customers from initial enquiries through to delivery, project completion
    • Data management, ensuring the relevant teams can prioritise and schedule project delivery
    • Setting up jobs on the job management system, plus acting as client liaison
    • Assisting with Sales and Marketing functions
    • Generating quotations for servicing, repairs and spare parts, plus liaising with clients on works planning
    • Processing site packs and project documentation, updating job management system through to completion
    • Carrying out stock forecasts/stock analysis - assisting with implementation of a new stock system
    • Producing relevant KPI reports as necessary and data analysis tasks as required
    • Support business process improvement projects

    SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES and EXPERIENCE - Technical Projects Coordinator

    • You may have a degree in a technical, engineering or project management related subject, or join us from a background in a technical or engineering services (or similar) environment.
    • Strong logical problem solving skills
    • Competent user of MSOffice, especially Excel
    • Good interpersonal skills, presentation and confident in verbal and written communications
    • Professional approach to work, adhering to policies, procedures and best practice
    • Comfortable taking ownership of activities within your remit to achieve positive outcomes
    • Using time effectively and productively by identifying and prioritising tasks based on the needs of the business
    • Being able to think outside the box and proactively identify opportunities to improve ways of working

    OTHER

    • Driving license

    PACKAGE :

    Salary banding £27,000-30,000 per annum (dependent upon experience) + discretionary 10% annual bonus, further beneifts include pension, 30 days annual leave (increasing with service, including statutory holidays), on site parking and more. W orking hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm - office based near Guildford in Surrey.
