    Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for a local Wednesbury based organisation who are seeking a Quality Administrator to start immediately.

    Duties and tasks will include:

    • System custodian - filing and maintenance important documentation, and distributing where necessary
    • Prepare or collate documentation to assist with internal and external audits
    • Support the Purchasing dept. in maintaining the approved supplier list
    • Completing Supplier Vendor Questionnaires
    • Helping to oversee the returns process through the business management system, and monitoring trends where possible
    • Support design engineers in managing the internal revision control process
    • Support the team in reducing scrap, rework, and quality escapes.
    • Contribute towards designing and maintaining packaging specifications

    Other quality and / or administrative related tasks may be introduced once settled.

    Candidates welcome to apply for the role will have the following:

    No minimum education requirements and / or experience set for this role, but the successful candidate should be proficient in both written and verbal communication. Organisation and good time management skills are also important, combined with good team working skills, as the successful candidate will be collaborating on administrative projects, developing new processes, communicating ideas and or delegating tasks

    Hours of work are 39 per week (set hours to be agreed)
