    Marks Sattin is proud to be working with a leading business based in Oxfordshire (hybrid - one/two day office based) who are currently seeking a Finance Business Partner.

    You will take a key role within the finance function driving business performance liaising with service area heads to streamline processes whilst maximising returns.

    Job Description/Role

    This Finance business partnering role will play a key part in analysing cost drivers across the business whilst developing financial control ensuring optimal day-to-day performance

    The Finance Business Partner responsibilities will include:

    • Leading the annual budgeting/ forecasting and re-forecasting process
    • Production and presentation of monthly reports to service area heads
    • Business partnering with the operational finance team and non-finance ensuring cost drivers and budget constraints are understood
    • Supporting procurement in preparation/analysis of tenders and business case proposals
    • Implementation of internal financial control enhancing processes and policies
    • Analysis of revenues and costing of multiple projects reporting to senior finance

    To be successful the ideal candidate will:

    • Be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
    • Have intermediate excel skills

    Salary and Benefits:

    • £50k-£54k Annual Salary
    • 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
