    Care & Support Worker Letchworth £21,255 A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Care & Support mental health team in Letchworth. Within this role you support residents with enduring mental health issues. This can be challenging but rewarding in equal measure. There is no personal care but there will be some medication administration. The majority of the work will be in one house with 5 lovely customers so very limited travel is required: Your main hours will be 37.5 a week plus overtime and paid sleep-in nights. This is currently running in block shifts during the week. A typical average block currently runs for 3 x late shifts and 2 x earlies over 2.5 days per week. There are also 2 x sleep ins which you are paid extra for. This means the worker gets to do typically 2.5 days a week and has rest of the week off!This may change in the future, and we do ask for flexibility during the working week if required. This role does require shift work, including some weekends and bank holidays. What s in it for you?
