As a Field Service Engineer for my client you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing coffee machines at various client locations. You will troubleshoot technical issues, conduct routine inspections, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure that the coffee machines operate efficiently, delivering a seamless coffee experience for clients and their customers.

Description
Installation and Setup: Setting up and installing coffee machines at client locations, ensuring they are correctly connected and calibrated for optimal performance.
Routine Maintenance: Conducting regular inspections, cleaning, and preventive maintenance on coffee machines to ensure they operate efficiently and produce high-quality beverages.
Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with coffee machines, which may involve repairing or replacing faulty components to restore functionality.
Customer Support: Providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, offering guidance on machine operation, and demonstrating maintenance best practices.
Inventory Management: Managing spare parts and inventory, ensuring that necessary components are readily available for repairs and maintenance tasks.
Technical Documentation: Keeping detailed records of service calls, repairs performed, and any parts replaced, maintaining accurate documentation for reference and reporting purposes.
Training and Demonstrations: Conducting training sessions for clients or internal staff to educate them on machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.
