Administrator - Office Based

My client is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented administrator to join their team. Whether you bring experience from an administrative background or you're a recent university graduate seeking a vibrant new role, your bubbly personality and meticulous attention to detail are the qualities they value the most.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and amending records in the CRM system.
• Checking sales orders entered onto the system to ensure they are accurate and amending where necessary.
• Act as the first point of contact for all queries relating to open orders, supplier issues and deliveries and liaise between customers, warehouse, and suppliers.
• Running Open Order Books on a weekly basis and expediting with suppliers when required.
• Keeping up to date with the stock market and reconciliating against internal reports.

The successful candidate will have:

• Attention to detail and good telephone manner required.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• IT Literate Inc. Word, Outlook & Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.
• A "can do" attitude with a positive, patient, and assertive nature.
