Our client, a leading Arts-based organisation now has an opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join their HR team on a permanent basis. Please note this is a full time, permanent role offering hybrid flexible working including at least 2 days per week working from the central London office.
As HR Advisor you'll be joining a small, friendly and supportive HR team providing advice and support to managers and staff across the full range of employee lifecycle activities. Working closely with an HR Business Partner you'll provide a generalist HR advisory and support service to your allocated client areas covering everything from recruitment and training and development, through to employee relations case management and workforce planning.
To be considered you will require:
Solid experience of working in a professional Human Resources department at Advisory level, ideally gained in a Public Sector or Higher Education setting
Proven generalist experience of providing advice on HR policies and procedures and the ability to provide flexible solutions to HR issues
Experience of advising and supporting on a range of employee relations cases including sickness, disciplinaries, grievances, maternity/paternity leave etc.
Experience of managing multiple recruitment campaigns, including senior level hiring
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience of dealing with staff at all levels
Excellent written communication skills with proven experience of writing letters and
Strong numeracy skills with experience of producing and analysing data and statistics and reports
Experience and confidence of working with HR systems and providing systems advice to managers and staff
