We currently recruiting Supply Teachers to work in Hornchurch. We work with various schools ranging from small 1-form entry schools to more extensive 3-form entry. We are looking for both day-to-day supply teachers and those looking for longer-term contracts. Supply teaching with Mylocum Ltd offers regular and flexible work in your local area. We can offer CDP, excellent pay rates, and contracts for supply work. We are offering a Bonus Voucher of £50 who registers with us Location: Hornchurch, UK Pay Rates: £30/hr to £35/hr Responsibilities: Collaborating with lead teachers, assistant teachers, and school administrators to ensure students are safe. Promoting in-class engagement and good behaviour. Proctoring examinations and quizzes. Assigning and collecting assignments and keeping them organised for when the permanent teacher returns. Leading lessons using presentations, textbooks, and other materials. Following lesson plans from the permanent teacher. Helping teachers with the preparation of learning activities and creating appropriate materials. Proctoring examinations and quizzes. Requirements: Must have QTS. Must have the Right to Work in the UK. Must have BLS Training.Must hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to process one. Previous experience of at least 1 year as a qualified teacher is essential. No career gaps more than 3-4 months. Must be able to provide a minimum of 2 references and cover the last 2 years of employment. Someone who is flexible, enthusiastic, and motivated to do well each day.
