Your Company:The team at NET Recruit are partnering with a highly successful electronics and digital solutions business to join them on their search for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team in the Weymouth area. This role is of relative urgency and therefore there is the option for a temporary solution to be found with short notice, however this is a permanent role. The company provide excellent solutions to their clients, dealing with both hardware and software and the company itself has invested a large amount of time, resources and money into their Research and Development team, ensuring that they can continue expanding into the industries they operate in.This role will sit within the Finance team, to ensure that supplier and the accounts payable function is operating smoothly on a day to day basis and reporting into the Financial Accountant.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to: Loading of invoices into Process Director & SAP Liaising with suppliers and ASM personnel to resolve issues surrounding pricing, quantity and signing authority Posting AP entries into the used ERP system Reconciling supplier statements Processing expense claims, acting as the point of call for employees with queries and providing light training on procedures and reconciling credit card statements Generating BACS and foreign payment runsWhat you will need to Apply:The company is keen to hear from ambitious accounting professionals with experience working within Accounts Payable and handling supplier reconciliations and processing expenses. It would be preferable that candidates have experience with using SAP and other accounting software. Strong communication skills and a proactive enthusiastic mindset will be highly valuable in this role.
