I am currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie at a 4 hotel located within the Telford area. As Chef de Partie, you will be catering for conference and banqueting plated menus, a la carte dining, buffet breakfast, lunches and dinners. Some of the duties expected of you include Supporting with a smooth and efficient service Running a small section of the kitchen Assisting the Sous Chef & Head Chef where necessary Nurturing, supervising and training junior members of the team Stock control and waste managing Food safety procedures The ideal Chef de Partie will Have previous experience within a similar role Be reliable and flexible Has a passion for food and cooking Is looking for growth opportunities This Chef de Partie position is a full-time role working 40 hours per week on any 5 days out of 7 and is paying up to £13.05 per hour plus double time on bank holidays and all overtime paid hourly.
