    Field Service Engineer-Hybrid-Basildon-up to £35,000

    This client is a leading Microsoft Gold Partner who are based in the Basildon Area. They are currently expanding their organisation and are hiring for several positions. They are an award-winning company who have been in the industry for over 25 years.

    This client is currently on the lookout for a Field Service Engineer to join their technical support team in order to assist their clients in various industries ranging from clients with no IT experience to high-end in the London and Basildon area.

    The salary for this role is up to £35,000 depending on experience. The client also provides bonus schemes and many other on-site benefits such as:

    • £350pd for overtime/weekend work
    • Health care
    • Death in service
    • Home working enablement fund - £500 after 6 months
    • 10 self-development plans
    • Relaxed dress code

    The company is seeking a candidate that lives close to Basildon and has a full driving licence. The role would be from home (until called in) however you would need to travel to their head office in order to collect equipment before travelling to client sites with an SLA of 4 hours.

    The role overview:

    • Going to different sites and providing support (mainly 2nd line)
    • Resolving tickets
    • Working on different projects
    • Providing 1st and 2nd line support

    Key qualifications and skills needed:

    • Have previous experience in a 2nd Line Support Role
    • Have experience in resolving PC related issues such as troubleshooting(network or server)
    • Office 365 administration
    • Have good knowledge of O365, Azure
    • Desktop issues
