    Job Title: Retention Executive

    Salary: £22,000 to £26,000, plus £6,000 commission

    We have a fantastic opportunity for a Retention Executive to join our Beyond Connectivity department. As a Desk Based Retention Executive, you will be responsible for the resign and retention of Mobile, Hosted and Connectivity products through resellers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Achieve all resign and retention targets setRetain the existing reseller customer base, ensuring a minimum of 80% retention
    Understand all accounts and build effective and strong relationships with reseller
    Understand competitors and what propositions resellers are selling against in order to build solutions
    Maintain a thorough understanding of all product ranges and completing the necessary training where required
    Analyse customer data to build new offerings for the reseller
    Upselling and cross selling products where possible
    Deliver reseller training and offer support to the reseller to retain their customers
    Understanding reasons for churn and looking for creative ways to combat this
    Working with the wider team to increase Reseller satisfaction and reduce churn

    Qualifications / Relevant Experience:

    Essential:

    Previous experience of retention or resign in Telecommunications
    Ability to use Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
    Proven history of achieving sales targets and KPIs

    Desirable:

    Customer and client facing experience in a sales environment
    Understanding of UK telecommunications network market

    Essential Skills & Qualities:

    Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with difficult customers
    Good commercial acumen
    Ability to use own initiative
    Enthusiastic approach to managing relations and meeting customer needs
    Able to communicate effectively through written and verbal media
