Responsibilities: Install and maintain bespoke lighting systems on site following briefs. Program and operate lighting systems on site. Troubleshoot and fault find systems. Adopt a creative approach to problem solving. Supervisor subcontractors to ensure company standards are maintained. Laise with clients and venues to build positive relationships and exceed expectations. Provide pre-production support to the project team. Assisting with different teams within the business, e.g., the warehouse, operations team, and project team The ideal candidate will: Have a strong background in performance lighting, live music, and events. Excellent knowledge of general production techniques including, IT, rigging, power distribution and data distribution. Experience in audio visual and lighting A good understanding of electrical faults and troubleshooting. Always adapt a positive can-do attitude. Maintain a strong awareness of developing trends and technologies across lighting, audio, video & staging technologies.
