Working cross functionally ensuring strong communication between the key functions. Internal and external facing in terms of your contact points. You need a presence on the shop floor and to develop the Senior Quality Managers and Process Manager - all driving towards excellence in Technical. Leading, managing and supporting the technical team to ensure a continuous improvement culture with a focus on a constant learning approach. Measuring and responding across all the Technical KPIs - reviewing trends and making the appropriate plans and taking action where necessary. Your background - the ideal food manufacturing background required for this role: Technical Management experience in Food Manufacturing is an essential for this role. Proven achievements in improving technical manufacturing processes. A passion for people and evidence of developing individuals through effective leadership. Ability to work with major retailers and develop strong relationships. Able to communicate technical processes to different functions. Engaging with other functions to deliver the strategic business goals.
