    Junior Business Development Executive - Field Sales

    We are looking for GREAT people to join our field sales team in the UK

    OTE £42K+ !

    Starting salary of £25,000, increasing to £26,000 after passing probation PLUS uncapped commission. Our top earnings are making £2500+ a month!

    We are looking for a confident and highly motivated individual to join our growing field sales team. We are growing rapidly and have ambitious plans over the next few years, so we need superstars to help us achieve that!

    What We Offer:

    £25,000 basic salary increasing to £26,00 after passing probation with uncapped commission - Realistic OTE of £1,200+ a month on top of the basic salary. Our top performers are earning more than this !

    Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

    Our Junior BDE role will encompass a four week training programme, where you will be paired with a buddy (an experienced sales representative) who will help coach you and develop your sales skills. Working towards targets, helping to acquire new restaurant partners and welcome them into our community whilst helping existing restaurant partners achieve success via their own branded Website and App.

    After successful completion of your 6 month probation, you'll be ready to jump into your fully fledged Business Development Manager role.

    What the first 4 weeks will include:

    Two weeks of full product and sales training
    Working with other teams, understanding their roles and how it affects the business
    Two weeks full field based training working with Business Development Managers
    Learning your territory and getting to know existing accounts

    After your 4 weeks of training you will then be out on the road, with continuous support from your team, manager and everyone else across the business. We operate an 'open door' environment, where you can lean on anyone for support and guidance.

    Here's what a typical week after your training is completed might look like for you:

    Monday - Friday in the field attending new business and account management meetings.
    Actively researching your territory to identify new business opportunities.
    Working towards and achieving KPI success.
    World class account management with existing restaurant partners- Upselling, solving problems and providing ongoing support
    Optimising the sales and profitability of the existing customer.

    What We Are Looking For In You :

    A money motivated, self-starter with a desire to learn, develop and take full ownership of your territory and to earn commission!
    Someone with initiative, who is able to work as part of a team and individually.

    Driven and ambitious towards KPI's and actively encouraging and working towards hitting targets set
    It is essential that you have a full valid driving licence for this role.
