Job Description: The HR Manager's role will involve various HR responsibilities, including but not limited to: Recruitment, Selection, and Retention: Managing the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of suitable candidates, and focusing on employee retention. Induction: Overseeing the onboarding process for new employees. Compliance and Policies: Ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations and keeping policies up-to-date. Providing relevant training to staff. Performance Management: Monitoring and managing employee performance. Training and Development: Identifying training needs and facilitating employee development programs. Employee Relations: Overseeing all employee relations and providing legal advice on employment updates, HR processes, or staffing issues. Absence Management: Managing staff absence records and advising senior management on absence-related issues. Legal Advice: Providing legal advice on employment regulations, HR processes, and staffing matters. HR Department Management: Giving direction to HR department processes and overseeing the HR Administrator's work. Required Skills: Proven HR experience in an operational/HR Advisor role.
