    Job Scope:

    We are looking to recruit an Administrator to join us at one of the brands of Catalyst Care Group Unique Community Services. The Administrator s role will require providing support to the office team, clinicians, and clients.

    The Administrator will be responsible for tasks such as compiling reports, answering calls and emails, managing social media, ordering office supplies, working with the recruitment team, preparing for CQC inspections, and supporting IT issues.

    The role of Administrator requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of healthcare sector legislation.

    The responsibilities include creating and managing documentation, spreadsheets, and presentations, filing monthly MAR and daily logs, as well as dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence.

    The Administrator will be managing diaries for team members, scheduling meetings, taking minutes and creating a process of recording evidence.

    Do you have?

    • Experience of working in the healthcare sector (desirable)
    • Previously worked in a care company environment
    • Experience dealing with or within a high-volume incoming calls and queries environment
    • Experience using relevant business software such as MS Office
    • Full UK driving licence
