Join our Customer Operations team as a Rent and Service Charge Assistant We re an organisation with strong values. The role We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Rent and Service Charge Assistant in Camden. Location: Atelier House, Camden, London - Hybrid working Salary: £23,000 per annum Your responsibilities will include: Dealing with customers directly, responding to customer enquiries via phone email and email. Answering customer calls. Resolving CRM cases. Providing an excellent customer focused professional service to residents and clients ensuring all legal landlord/freeholder obligations are met. Ensuring all relevant fees, charges, notices and rents are issued in a timely manner and addressing any queries in relation to these as required. Assisting the rents and service charge manager in all tasks and responsibilities. Advising and understanding lease terms, statutory measures and One Housing policies relevant to the shared ownership and leasehold properties and its charges. Ensuring a good working relationship with relevant One Housing colleagues and stakeholders. Meeting all targets set and any relevant corporate objectives, including production of KPI s and stats. What you will need to succeed We are looking for someone who believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and who is positive and friendly. The successful candidate will have: Good IT skills generally and specifically in relation to Excel. The ability to build effective links with relevant stakeholders, both internally and externally. A driven and target orientated mindset. Commitment to delivering exemplary and industry leading customer service. Basic experience and knowledge of service charges and rent setting. Basic experience and knowledge of property management, calculating and issuing property charges, including services and rents.
