    This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing SME in the Property and Housing sector as a permanent, full time Residential Property Manager. This is ideal for any candidate with property management experience seeking a new challenge within a company in which they can develop and progress.

    Client Details

    The client is based in North West London (Hendon) and is a small but established Property Management organisation in the Property and Housing industry. They work as a tight-knit team and are currently looking for a Residential Property Manager to join them on a permanent basis.


    As a Residential Property Manager, you will be responsible for:

    • Overseeing the day to day operations of multiple residential properties
    • Managing rent payments and handling and delinquent accounts
    • Advertising and marketing available units, screening potential tenants
    • Coordinating and overseeing all maintenance and repair work, including regular inspections of the property
    • Responding to tenant queries and complaints, conducting move-in and move-out inspections and addressing any tenant concerns
    • Ensuring the property complies with all local regulations
    • Hiring and supervising contractors, cleaning crews and other vendors
    • Raising and authorising invoices for payment
    • Submitting and dealing with insurance claims
    • Periodic site visits


    The ideal Residential Property Manager will ideally:

    • Live locally in North West London (Hendon) and able to work in the office full time
    • Have experience within Property Management
    • Be able to work well independently and within a team
    • Be a strong communicator, and have a friendly approach
