    A great opportunity has become available for an Customer Service Analyst to join a leading FMCG group based in Blackpool! You will be responsible for providing a proactive service to customers, processing and maintaining orders, as well as supporting the day to day operations.

    Our client is a thriving Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain company based in Blackpool looking to expand their team with a driven Customer Service Analyst.

    Description

    Duties of the Customer Service Analyst:

    • Handling customer requests and complaints in a professionally and timely manner to resolution
    • Build and improve customer relationships
    • Support continuous development and improvement of processes
    • Processing telephone and email requests for quotation within 24 hours
    • Maintain and update the CRM database
    • Take ownership of your personal objectives and development

    Profile

    The successful candidate will be/have:

    • Confident telephone manner
    • Computer Literacy
    • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
    • Upbeat and organised
    • Passion for providing solutions and motivated by achieving targets
