I am currently working with a Local Authority based in East Anglia who are looking for an Interim Development Manager to join their expanding property team.

You will be reporting into the Councils Head of Development and leading a team of multi-disciplinary individuals, driving forward the councils varied development objectives.

Projects will include:

• Mixed-use office buildings
• Development of 1500 new affordable housing
• Regeneration of an industrial estate
• Redevelopment of a on an old factory
